I had a technician come to repair my gas stove top. After 2 visits and claiming the job was completed, the stove top is not working and actually has a different issue than before the technician worked" on it. The receptionist offered to send another technician at further expense to me to fix a problem that they created."

Dissatisfied,I made an appointment for a refrigeration Technician to come out - as it is an Insurance claim- which somehow I cancelled????? And now I cant get a Technician until after the new year!?please employ phone personnel that speak and understand Engish fluently might help matters.

Camtec gave us very good service for our aging Chef gas wall oven when it stopped igniting. Their response to our request for help was prompt and right on the mark -- they got the replacement parts in a matter of a few days, and the oven was fixed and cooking in just a week. Just two reservations: (1) they expect all payment in advance, and (2) we found that some of the people on their phone help desk had poor English skills.
