The owner of Household Appliance Parts Wangara revived my aging Sunbeam EM7000 coffee machine, and a few months later helped me unbureaucratically to source me a hot water pressure hose which had started leaking. I really appreciate that there is a repair shop where you have access to the repairer that goes the extra mile for customer service. Thanks!

Customer service didn't contact me for six weeks after I had paid in full for an oven repair. I had to keep calling each week to find out about a status update. After pushing for and reluctantly being given a refund, I've found out the parts they needed to order are no longer in production. They took my money and told me the parts were on order rather than being upfront the parts don't exist.Absolutely horrific experience all around.

I have an older Delonghi Prima Donna ESAM6600 which had died last year and had Household Appliances Parts Wangara have a look at it and got it back to as new condition. I could have bought a new machine but there was sentimental value with this machine since I had for over 16 years. It was part of my morning routine. The On/Off button wore out this morning (Saturday). After a short phone call I took the machine apart and brought in the PCB which he said he could replace the button by Monday. He actually did it quickly while I waited and I was home having a coffee by lunchtime. Excellent service! Highly recommend them not only from my first experience but especially this mornings. If anything else happens as my machine ages they will be my first call 100%.And for the negative review I saw about someone complaining about having to pay a $54 charge before they would look at it, that fee comes off the repair at the end. You can't expect someone to spend time diagnosing your problems for free. It is more than fair to pay for his time, especially getting it off your bill anyway. That 1 start review should be removed.Keep up the good work!

Appalling Customer Service.... The gentleman who served us at the counter when we dropped off the item was eager to assist and said that he would endeavour to have it looked at by the end of the week". On the Friday afternoon I telephoned to followup on progress. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and actually laughed as he stated that my wait would be closer to 1.5 - 2 weeks and that I could pick the item up and take it elsewhere. When I rang back to advise that I would be in that afternoon to pick up the item

Appalling customer service!They ordered me in the wrong part and then had the audacity to charge me a restocking fee of nearly $60 .every time I rang to speak to the owner he was never available ... or just didn't want to speak!I understand small businesses are suffering but this is no way to treat paying customersI will not be returning !

My 6 year old LG fridge needed repairing - LG suggested I go through one of their authorised service agents to ensure the best result, Camtec being one of these agents.For the past three weeks I have been trying to get Camtec to assist with my fridge repair. An appointment is made and then I am contacted to say it needs to be changed every time. They even had the audacity to ask for pre-payment, when they still to this day haven't been able to lock in a service time they can commit to.In the end I contacted LG and have gone through them directly to assist as they too recognised Camtec had failed to help me - don't waste your time with Camtec, they are completely unprofessional.
