Called hoping for some help with our front loader washer. Was put through to a technician who was generous enough to spend his time answering questions and gave me great advice on what to do about our washer and spent time scouring service manuals for the error codes I was getting. Didn’t have to do that. Was nice to have someone make a genuine effort to help me out regardless of the fact that I wasn’t paying anything. Quality service from quality people :)

They can arrange a next day service which we great. I had Darren come out to fix my dishwasher. He was very friendly, helpful and fixed the issue within an hour. The price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
